In order to buy & sell on Stilorama.com, you'll need an account. Joining is free and fast. All you need is a valid e-mail address.
How do I get started on Stilorama.com?
You can get started by registering for an account. Please choose your username carefully, you can not change it later. For sellers, username you choose will also be your store name.
Why do I need to register for an account?
To better protect everyone (buyers & sellers) from fraud, we require both the buyer and the seller to sign up for an account. We need to be able to identify the parties involved in every transaction. Your username is the unique identifier which makes this possible.
I can't remember my password, what should I do?
If you cannot remember your password, just click on the "reset password" link on the login page. We will send your password to the e-mail address provided when you register. If you would like to change it, please do so in your admin account (My Account).
Can I change my username?
You are not allowed to change your username, so please choose carefully. If you wish to close your account, please do so in your account under Account Info. For security reasons usernames and emails can't be reused once they are in our system.
I just paid for my storefront but my store is not showing on the site why is that? For your storefront to show make sure that you have switched it on; to do that you have to go into your storefront control panel which is located on the left hand side of the screen, and where it says toggle boutique press on the turn boutique on button.
I just posted an item but it is not showing on the site why is that? Every item uploaded and listed on stilorama.com must be approved by one of our administrators. The process can sometimes take up to 24 hours. Once your item has been approved it will appear on the boutiques' categories on the site.
How do I report a violation of Stilorama.com's rules?
At Stilorama.com, sellers are only allowed to sell brand new items that are fashion, or lifestyle related (clothing, accessories, home accessories, art, etc.) To report a violation, click on contact us form on the website and email us your report

Sign up is free and easy. Please click on "Register" button on the right to begin.
Set up your own storefront -
Every seller on Stilorama.com can easily set up their own storefront, located at www.stilorama.com/boutique/username. For example, if your username is “Styles”, your store is at www.stilorama.com/boutique/Styles. You can customise your store by adding a banner and choosing your own storefront photo, you can also set up your own newsletter through your boutique's cpanel.
Unlimited Listings -
You are free to add as much products or quantities you want. All listings include up to 6 images per item (one main picture and five additional images). We recommend that you prepare your photos and descriptions and have them ready before jumping in.
Who can sell on Stilorama.com?
Anyone over the age of 18 can be a seller and create a store on Stilorama. If you are under 18, you may do so with the permission of (and under the guidance of) a responsible adult. But only brand new fashion & Lifestyle related items can be sold in your store. New up-and-coming designers and artists and handmade items are most welcome.
Selling an item
Each Seller/Vendor has its own unique website and processes each order independently. All payments and shipments are handled by each seller. Stilorama.com does not handle any business transactions between you, the seller, and your buyers. We only provide the virtual space to each vendor to upload and post images of their samples.
I don't have my own website or payment set up online can I still sell my items? Yes you can still sell your items on stilorama.com even if you don't have your own website or payment method set up online. All that you need to have is a valid e-mail address and a PayPal account to receive payment. Please remember to state in your listing your email contact address for the buyers, so that they can contact you and pay for your item via your email paypal account.
All sellers on Stilorama.com are required to have a valid e-mail address and a PayPal account as their only payment method. PayPal is a free service that lets you accept credit cards online. This way, shoppers pay instantly and directly to you when buying products from your store.

All fees and items on Stilorama.com are listed in British Pounds. Currency conversion is handled automatically by payment processing services (like Paypal or our merchant account).
All sales fees are paid using your credit or debit card via PayPal.
How do I sign up to sell
Step 1: Account registration
Before signing up as a seller, we required you to register for an account. If you already have a buyer account, please skip to Step 2. Please remember to validate your e-mail.

To sign up as a seller, please click on "Sign up to sell online" button on the top right of this page and follow the simple registration.

How does buying on Stilorama work?
The Stilorama Fashion Marketplace/Garage and boutiques are made up of many individual sellers. When you shop with us, you are buying directly from these sellers. Your purchased items are shipped directly from each individual seller.
What types of payments do you accept?
That depends on each individual seller. Most will accept all major credit cards. On Stilorama.com’s Fashion Garage, all sellers use PayPal, a credit card processing service, as a payment method as well. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

How does "My Wish List" work?
Every member on Stilorama.com can create a wish list by adding items from our shopping network. With our flash widget function, members can embed their wish lists on any site they want or send them to their friends. Click here to learn more about My Wish List.
What do I do if I have any problems with an item I purchase?
If an item you pay for is not as described, or arrives damaged please contact the seller directly to work toward a resolution.
If you think you are a victim of fraud, please contact PayPal or your Credit Card company immediately. If you paid with a credit card or debit card through Paypal, you should call your credit card company to do a chargeback. If you paid with Paypal, you have 45 days to file a claim through Paypal.
