How Selling Works

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We have put a great amount of effort into ensuring that our Buyers and Sellers alike have a venue to list items and find the best deals on the net. Sellers will find a simple, listing process, with the ability to upload photos with their listings. This site is packed full of features for our sellers and a world of buyers is literally at your fingertips.

• Sign UP - FREE
  Sign up is free and easy. Please click on "Set Up Your Online Shop" button in the top title bar to begin.
• Unlimited Listing - Only £5.00 each
  Listing items are only £5.00 per item listed per month. You are free to add as many products or quantities you want. All listings include up to 6 images FREE. We recommend that you prepare your photos and description ready before jumping in.
• Set up your own store - OPTIONAL - Only £20.00!
  Every seller on Stilorama.com can get their own store located at www.stilorama.com/boutique/username if they wish. For example, if your username is trireme, your store is at www.stilorama.com/boutique/trireme. You can customize your store by adding a banner or choosing a theme colour.
  This is entirely optional, you do not need a storefront in order to sell on Stilorama.com
• Who can sell on Stilorama.com
  Anyone over the age of 18 can be a seller and create a store on Stilorama.com. If you are under 18, you may do so with the permission of (and under the guidance of) a responsible adult. But only brand new fashion related items can be sold in your store. Indie fashion and handmade items are most welcome.
• Selling an item
  The only payment method we use is PayPal, as it facilitates instant payment and offers anti-fraud protection. When an item sells both the buyer and seller are sent emails with the transaction details in it.
• Payment Method
  All sellers on Stilorama.com are required to have a PayPal account as their only payment method. PayPal is a free service that lets you accept credit cards online. This way, shoppers pay instantly and directly to you when buying products from your store.
• Fees - NO COMMISSION!
  Sign up - FREE. Up to 6 images per item - FREE. Selling - FREE. That means you don't have to pay any commission on anything you sell! Listings - £5.00 per product ONLY. This is the only fee you pay, there are absolutely no hidden fees. You do not need to have your own Storefront/sub-domain to be able to sell on Stilorama.com. Your own store/sub domain is entirely OPTIONAL - £20.00 only for six months.
• Currency conversion
  Currency conversion is handled automatically by Paypal.
• Paying fees
  All sales fees are paid using PayPal. Each month a reminder will automatically be sent to you before your listing is due to expire. You can choose to pay right away or simply do nothing and our system will auto-charge you on the 5th day of the following month.
• How do I sign up to sell
  Step 1: Account registration
  Before signing up as a seller, we required you to register for a seller's account. Please remember to validate your e-mail.
  To sign up as a seller, please click on "Set Up Your Online Shop" button on the top title bar on the home page and follow the simple registration process. It only takes a minute to complete.
