Pretty In Pastel
Pastel, pastel, pastel! Everywhere you shop, there’s pastel, and it couldn’t have come at a better time! With us still waiting for the sun to make an appearance, soft hues are just what the doctor’s ordered. 2012 Catwalks have been filled with light pinks, blues, yellows and greens. One of my favourite for SS2012 is Jonathan Saunders’ collection.
This trend is definitely a winner because the colours are sophisticated, fun and incredibly feminine. The best thing is that it doesn’t just stop at clothes; you can buy Pastel coloured nail polish (Barry M has some INSANE ones going) and even pastel inspired shoes! I personally can’t get enough of these gorgeous looking candy floss inspirations!! Make sure you put Pastel on your summer shopping list, make sure you don’t miss out!!
