Celebrities’ love affair with sequins and glitter has no limit. From Hollywood A-Listers to Royalties, wearing shiny metallic gowns has been the number one choice to many red carpet events. In first place: It comes as no surprise that Alexa Chung has won the British Style Award at the 2011 British Fashion Awards, which was held at the Savoy Hotel in London, she looked fabulous wearing a Christopher Kane dress from his spring 2012 collection.
In second place: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge can do no wrong when it comes to red carpet events. This chiffon Jenny Packham gown which she wore to ARK 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Perk’s Field, showed off her slim figure and gracious style.
In third place: Anne Hathaway looked picture perfect when she attended the MONTBLANC’s Launch Collection Princesse Grace De Monaco at the Princess Grace Awards, her choice was a Valentino sequins and sheer dress which she teamed up with a pair of Christian Louboutin stilettos.
In fourth place: Actress Selena Gomez choice of gold metallic guaranteed her a place in our top 5 list of best dressed celebrities. The young actress looked stunning when she arrived to The 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards which was held at Staples Centre.
In fifth place: Glee’s actress Lea Michele happy face said it all when she arrived to the premiere of Warner Bros. Pictures’ “New Year’s Eve” at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. We love her beautiful low-cut shimmery maxi dress, which complemented her figure and complexion.
